We are here because something is going wrong in Europe.

Here we are the witnesses of the lies of the European Union: a space of free movement and security

for Banks and Capitals and Terror and Death for the people at the external and internal borders.

Here are the refugees who survived these borders, we come from war and persecution and we are

persecuted here too. Treated as criminals our fingerprints are registered in the EURODAC system.

The Dublin III Regulation says that we are not entitled to choose where we want to go, that we have

to live in the first “safe country” where we arrived in Europe. Here is the first lie. Is Hungary a safe

country where Asylum seekers are put from six months to one year in prison without having committed

any crime? Is Italy a safe country, where tens of thousands of refugees are living on the streets, or are

reduced to slavery as cheap labor force for agriculture?

“Safe country” in Europe is even not Germany for the asylum seekers. Is it “safe” to live under threat

of being deported at any time? Police come to the refugee camps by 4 clock, pick you up and put you

tied up in an airplane. They send you back to a country where you have been already in jail or where

you had to live on the street, even though you have right to international protection.

Is this “Safety”? What kind of safety is this? For whom?

When we as non-EU nationals are identified by the fingerprints in the EURODAC System, the EU States

start to trade with our lives to determine where we have to be packed and sent .

Do they know they are dealing with people, or not? Why are we not everybody in the same way entitled

to decide where we want to live? Are not we in Europe?

This situation is no longer to be tolerated.
We demand to:

Abolish Dublin III regulation immediately.

Deportation is a crime against human dignity.

Dublin III is a State organized traffic of human beings.

Make Dublin III illegal !

Munich group act under false pretence: CARAVAN means movement for
solidarity and against any form of oppression

We appreciate the public statement of the Munich group (1) about their
resignation from the nation-wide network of the CARAVAN for the right of
refugees and migrants. It would be consequent and straightforward as well
to shed the name and not act under false pretence.

CARAVAN means movement for solidarity and against any form of oppression.

An African saying state: “The story told by the lion is completely
different than those told by the hunters!”. Between those two positions,
that of the lion and of the hunters, grows opportunism. It exposes itself
by downplaying the crimes and its arguments are soaked in the ideology of
the rulers and at the same time are excluding history*.

The camps and prisons for asylum seekers of today are not the same
concentration camps of German colonialism. They are not the same
elimination camps of Nazi Germany. But they are still camps for humans and
therefore an expression of the same chauvinistic ideology and view. Only
from understanding the history, we can understand why. The European
colonialism, its ideology of being superior, and its racism was the
fertile soil for the racial doctrine of the Nazi fascists.

How does Europe legitimate its existence in front of a Tribunal of
humanity? It defends its luxurious existence only by force, terror, wars,
propaganda, and corruption.

Palestine/Israel is only a micro cosmos of the global apartheid that has
been initiated by old Europe. Israel / Palestine, the huntsman and the
lion, was legitimated with direct reference to the elimination policy in
Europe, especially legitimated by the genocide committed by fascist
Germany. The concrete implementation meant occupation, displacement and
racist ideology against the Palestine people. It corresponds to a
historical continuity, when refugees are today labelled as infiltrators
and are detained in desert camps.

Today, fascism is levelled to power in Ukraine and in Ceuta and Melilla
hang in the NATO barb wires bodies that have bled to death. Which
judgement does this Europe and its white societies expect? The perspective
and ideology of the huntsmen continues to dominate from right to left. The
claim on the prey is hypocritically rejected and is hidden behind an
ahistorical and anti-racist mask.

Not the accusation of Anti-Semitism hits us, but the mockery about the
victims and the perpetual efforts to weaken a solidarity movement and its
collective resistance.

KARAWANE heißt Bewegung für Solidarität gegen jede Form von Unterdrückung

Wir begrüßen die öffentliche Erklärung der Münchner Gruppe (1) zum
Austritt aus dem bundesweiten Netzwerk der KARAWANE für die Rechte der
Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen. Konsequent sein, hieße aber auch endlich den
Namen abzulegen und nicht länger unter falscher Flagge zu segeln.

KARAWANE heißt Bewegung für Solidarität gegen jede Form von Unterdrückung.

Ein afrikanisches Sprichwort sagt: „Wenn die Löwen die Geschichte
erzählen, wird diese ganz anders sein als die Geschichte der Jäger.“
Zwischen diesen beiden Positionen wächst der Opportunismus. Er entlarvt
sich selbst durch seine Verharmlosung von Verbrechen und seine Argumente
sind herrschaftsideologisch und geschichtslos*.

Die Lager und Knäste für Asylsuchenden von heute sind nicht die gleichen
Konzentrationslager des deutschen Kolonialismus. Sie sind auch nicht die
gleichen Lager wie die Vernichtungslager Nazi-Deutschlands. Aber es sind
trotzdem immer noch Lager für Menschen und somit Ausdruck des gleichen
chauvinistischen Menschenbildes. Und nur aus der Geschichte heraus können
wir verstehen warum. Das europäische Kolonialismus, seine
Herrenmenschenideologie und seine rassistische Ideologie waren die
Schöpfungsquelle für die Rassenlehre der Nazifaschisten.

Welches Existenzrecht hat dieses Europa vor dem Tribunal der Menschheit?
Es behauptet seine luxuriöse Existenz nur durch Gewalt, Terror, Kriege,
Propaganda und Bestechung.

Palästina/Israel ist ein Mikrokosmos der globalen Apartheid, die das alte
Europa in Gang setzte. Israel/48 Palästina (Jäger/Löwe) wurde in direktem
Bezug auf die Vernichtungspolitik in Europa und insbesondere durch den vom
deutschen Faschismus begangenen Genozid begründet. Gleichzeitig besteht
die konkrete Umsetzung in Besatzung, Vertreibung und rassistischer
Ideologie gegen das palästinensische Volk. Es entspricht einer
historischen Kontinuität, wenn Geflüchtete heute als Infiltratoren
bezeichnet und in Wüstenlagern interniert werden.

Heute wird der Faschismus in der Ukraine an die Macht gehoben und in
Ceuta/Melilla hängen ausgeblutete Menschenkörper im NATO-Draht der
Festungsanlagen. Welches Urteil kann dieses Europa und seine weiße
Gesellschaften erwarten? Die Sichtweise des Jägers wird weiterhin von
rechts nach links beibehalten. Der Anspruch auf Beute wird scheinheilig
verleugnet und hinter einem ahistorischen Antirassismus versteckt.

Nicht der Vorwurf des Antisemitismus trifft uns, sondern die Verhöhnung
der Opfer und die immer wiederkehrenden Versuche der Schwächung einer
Bewegung in Solidarität und kollektivem Widerstand.
